Then your manager comes in and says you have to share them with all your colleagues, even though you are the one who spent your effort and intellect to create them. And it's not like you get part of your colleagues' bonuses or anything, also your manager gets all credit for the department's improved efficiency. What would you do. __________________ Focus on money, get the girls. Focus on your body, you get sex. Focus on the girl, you get sorrow.
