[HELP] Accidentally convert hard disk to ESB-USB. How to recover?

While trying to format my windows 10, I accidentally converted my 500gb hard disk into a recovery drive (ESB-USB). Now the drive has only 32gb space and 400+gb of "Lost Partition". I have some important data and files inside my hard disk and now they are gone. My main concern is how can I recover them? Please kindly share your experiences and knowledge I will appreciate it greatly. Thanks!
