Online billing disputes Hi,
I believe anyone who does online shopping have encountered billing disputes before. I am recruiting respondents for a interview session regarding billing disputes. I am looking for all consumers who buy on any marketplace such as Lazada, Qoo10, ebay etc using online payment services such as Google Wallet, Amazon Payments, Paypal etc Criteria are : Consumers who have had one or more billing related issues or Consumers without any billing issue in the past. It will be a one on one interview session to provide feedback. Session will take around 60mins. In return for the interview exercise, you will receive $100 cash token.
