[question] resale with less than 60 years lease i was jus trying to find out how much loan or cpf i can use for a resale with less than 60 years... so i entered some random figures in this calculator in HDB website...
i entered 51 years... and house is 500k... wad does the 1 liner below the table mean ah? does it mean we can only use 250k of cpf to repay? the rest we have to repay with cash? |
