Lta laws on e scooters? I'm planning to get one soon and the seller is telling me that lta allows as long as I don't exceed the speed of 25km/hr although the scooter can reach speeds of 45km/hr. Anybody know if this is true? Must the e scooter not be able to travel any faster than 25km/hr or do I just need to stick to below to 25km/hr despite the PMD'S ability for much higher speeds? |
