[Serious] Will u change job within 1 year?

Say u just joined new coy for less than a year but another coy tried to ask u over, probably similar benefits n slightly higher pay. Don't jump unless welly welly sure it's not a well concealed s.h.i.t.hole. Coy system double standard, till now haven get our bonus. Usually before CNY but expats got liao, only we sinkie haven get. Manager changed this year, gave us 1 new manager without any acknowledge of what we do. Asked stupid questions again n again.
