receive rental via giro or cheque? need to consult all the sexpert property owners who rented out their properties...
do you insist the tenants pay their rental via giro or cheque or direct bank deposit also can? also, when is rental payment due? eg for feb rental, the payment is due feb 1? what if the rental is persistently late by say 1-2 weeks, do you just let it slide or need to get the lawyer to remind the tenant? when you rent out your condo, can you still can carpark disc for the condo? kam sia in advance for sharing __________________
