Need advice for new BTO buyer Hi guys, need some advice from u
I've been thinking of getting a place for me and my SO but there's a little bit of complication My SO owns a resale flat with her divorced mother and has been living there for 5 years. I tried out the hdb eligibility and it's say we are considered as second timer. The issue now is how can we buy the BTO if she does not sell away her current flat, since her mum will still be living there and will she be eligible for another hdb or bank loan? |
