Capital Match is a technology-centric peer-to-peer lending platform – basically, an online marketplace for investor-lenders to make loans to SME borrowers, thereby bypassing the banking system.
The P2P lending industry is already large and well-established in the US and Europe, but is in its nascent stages in Southeast Asia. It is the biggest disruption happening to the banking industry and we aim to become a major financing arranger for local SMEs and provide corporate, institutional and individual investors access to the SME loan market.

JOB DESCRIPTION
To assist the team in loan origination, credit analysis, legal documentation, developing investor-lender base and equity fundraising.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Analyse financial and operating information relating to companies and industries
– Assist in credit risk assessment, including cash flow modelling for different loan structures
– Prepare transaction documentation and legal agreements
– Manage investor-lender base
– Assist in equity fundraising, including preparing pitchbooks to equity investors
– Attend client meetings as required
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- The candidate should be a self-starter who has the ability to use his/her own initiative.
- A creative person who can cultivate original ideas and drive them through to practical application is essential. This is a role that requires the individual to provide support on a broad range of activities and it is therefore very important for the candidate to be organised and methodical in the approach to tasks.
- The candidate should be highly motivated and able to manage multiple projects within strict deadlines.
