EC financing Hi people, I have a question on EC financing. I understand that we need to pay 5% cash and 15% cpf upfront. The other 80% will be through loan. However, if I only wish to take up 75% loan and pay the other 5% through cpf, when must this 5% be paid? When TOP is obtained?
