how to deal with this type of colleague?

how to deal with this type of colleague? 1. Accept tasks he cannot do, end up other people like me will do.
2. Like to take group work in his own hands, but don't have the capability to perform the task.. take very long to complete those tasks. 3. Like to act hardworking and useful like he can do everything infront of boss, take other people credit. |
