This kind is potential sociopath boh?

This guy, my current colleague, even though is xtian, lies a lot. Until one time a client buay tahan said to him "you don't bullshiat!" (the client is my ex-colleague so I heard his side of he story and I side with him). Then this xtian still dare to come complain to us that that client says he "bullshiat". Then my another colleague said "but u really did what" you want to bullshiat then be prepared for someone to call it out manz.

Recently he dares tell my colleague (we all same level, infact, my colleague more senior in a sense) to consolidate our details (only 7 of us). He himself can do since he has all our contacts and my colleague is very very busy. So i volunteered to do and i can enter into our system too. Then later this xtian has the audacity to say to everyone "You know why I asked you (me) to do? Coz then you can enter the details into our system since you are working on our system (the details are for something else actually". Come on, not u asked me to do in the first place one lor and you yourself can easily do it and send to me to enter into the system.

He also likes to everything boast he did this and that. When we went to check out, found out he only minor role in those projects.

He those kind talk talk talk only don't do work one. Ask him do simple things have to keep reminding him like we are his PA.

How to handle this kind of potential industrial sociopath??? My colleague also don't want to face off with him coz we indirectly depends on someone else whom the xtian knows.
