Hi: In a secondary school in Singapore, a 14-year-old girl puts a tiny stick of butter into her mouth. This butter melts. She swishes this butter around in her mouth until it mixes with her saliva, mucus, dead-cells, food-remants, and other debris. Next, she sneeks up behind a 15-year-old boy and slowly spits and drools this disgusting, foul-smelling, and greasy substance onto the back of his neck. She then massages that grease with her nose and smells his neck. Next, she teases him about how his neck stinks like rancid-butter. This harassment has gone on for weeks. What should the boy do?
