Examination is actually a test of compliance not competence Do you agree?
Or actually is competence in compliance If you are taught 1 + 1 = 3, but from other sources u know that 1 + 1 = 2. End up u cannot see how your paper is being marked; so those who score high marks wrote 3 or 2? |
